Offer:
Lambeth Forensic Community Team, is part of Lambeth community mental health team (CMHT), based at Landor House in Lambeth Hospital. We provide community-based assessment, treatment and care for people, aged 18-65, who have a history of offending, and who have mental health problems. We care for people who have a permanent address in the London Borough of Lambeth. The team consists of health and social care professionals include psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, social workers and occupational therapists. They work closely with the police, the public protection unit and the local Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangement (MAPPA) team to support people in the community. Primarily work with clients with diagnosis of major mental illness
