Suitable for:
Residents of Redbridge aged 18 and over. The drug service is for people who are opiate dependent and the alcohol service is for chronic or physically dependent drinkers

- advice and information

- 1:1 key working and care planning
- a range of psycho-social interventions
- blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
- referral to inpatient detox
- community care assessments (for funding for residential rehabilitation)

- onward referral and access to a range of complementary services
- support to families and carers
Drug services include:
- group work
- substitute prescribing
- GP Shared Care Scheme
Alcohol services include:
- liver function testing
- community detox
- relapse prevention prescribing

Referral Process
Call office initially followed by a fax of a risk assessment outlining the high risk high harm nature of the offender – the service will then assess the case to determine what service would best meet the offender’s needs (out of RDAS, Redbridge Foundation66/Open Access Drug Service or Redbridge Outreach Service).
